I called over the phone and was told i could not walk in for an oil change because they were “backed up”. I called a few times. Then i asked for the price of the service I needed and was quoted way over priced. Ever since spreen took over it appears that the level of customer service has declined. I waited over 15 minutes to pull up my car into the sallyport area. One lane was closed with a vehicle parked unattended on one lane. I will be looking for a new location

Grateful for Yonic’s help today to get me in quickly and get my engine issue resolved efficiently. Appreciate the extra checks so that I can take the best care of my car while I visit.
Not a comment about Yonic as he was very helpful through our whole intersection, but I miss being able to call in and speak with a service advisor. The team kindly got me help and a call back quickly while I was in a bind but it feels weird for the protocol to be having to wait for a call back. All the dealerships I’ve worked with in the past were much easier to reach in that regard, as was this one before. Definitely an awesome team that does a great job though. Just hard when you’re feeling helpless with an engine issue and feel like a pest to try to get helped and wait idly for a call back. I am relieved I was able to get called back fast but if that was slower I could have lost the shot to get this job resolved today!
Again really appreciate the kind and skilled team here.
