My appointment was @ b1. I was at Spleen @ 12:45.
I was waited on @ 1:25. It was about 3:15, when my oil change and tire rotation was complete.
I made the appointment so I wouldn't have to wait so long..
My thought is Spleen, is understaffed for a Sunday.
I was never treated like that with Honda Cars of Corona.

When you make an appointment for 830am and drop your car off at 8am and told your car should be ready by 12pm-1pm and not done and told it was his fault because the tech thought he wrote down 4pm pick up instead of 1pm. Then told at 1pm they are working on it now and it should be ready in 1-2hrs. Arrived to the dealership at 330 and my car was still not done. What is the point of making an appointment and still have to wait almost 7 1/2hrs to get my car. There was no manager on site, thankfully Yoni? Made it right by giving us a small discount. Hopefully next time you will work on the cars that have appointments and not put them to the side and do the walk-ins first. When we dropped off our car we were the first there not fair that the others in line were taken care of before us.
