Made a 2pm appointment. I was told the car would be ready in about an hour and a half..I waiting for 2hrs. I went to check on my vehicle and was told they were waiting on the paperwork. Then they realize that my car was still parked waiting to be serviced. If I hadn’t asked about my car ... I would have been there for over 3 hours... what’s the use of making an appointment.
