I been taking my car in for services for a few years at this location, and everytime I receive excellent services. Thank you. Feels good to know my car is in good hands. Also the customer services that I receive is always great.

Andy appear to be helpful and knowledgeable however i found to be rude to tell a client that your courtesy shuttle is a courtesy ride, not an uber”
I asked if you guys had a courtesy shuttle working in the morning so that i can make a decision to leave my car in the morning or bring it later during my lunch, Andy’s replied was: “ yes we do but you will need wait 10 minutes”, I looked at my watch and Andy immediately said: It’s a courtesy ride Not an uber” which was very rude for him to say!!!

I waited about 20 minutes for my service rep to speak with me. He was only with one customer during this time. then when it was my turn, it took another 20 minutes to complete the paperwork he needed to calculate what i owned and fit me to get in my car and go home. please review the process that you service reps go through before they announce that a car is ready for pickup. after i was told my car was ready for pickup, a friend dropped me off at Honda and it was 45 minutes before i could pay for my car and drive home.

Took 2 hours for a tire replacement. Didn't even get a complimentary car wash. Customer service is a thumbs down since you changed to spreen. Corona of Cars wouldn't let that happen.
