Andrew Ruiz has the top notch customer service ! All of the guys do all of them are quick to help somebody no only myself but everyone who walked in to the service department. Spreen Honda of Corona treat those fellas good ! Good, helpful, positive, kind guys like those are hard to find.

I brought my car in to get the ac repaired and I was told the condenser was bad and needed to be replaced. The condenser was replaced and the cooling is still not working properly. I dropped off again to re check and I was told there was a machine malfunction charging the system and now it is fixed. I picked it up again and the cooling is still not working properly. Now I’m really getting fed up with being told its fixed and it’s not. Also I checked with two other local Honda dealers what they charge for the condenser replacement and Spreen over charged me by close to $500. I just want my ac repaired. I spoke with the service manager after the first failure and he assured me it would be taken care of and he acknowledged I overpaid. I left an email with the service manager after the second failure and no reply.
