Customer service deteriorated since new ownership. Been going to this location 10 yrs. It's sad. Made an appointment for 11am for oil change. Got there 1025. I saw my car parked at 1220 noon, thinking it was done, I said I can take it without car wash. Advisor said he has not gotten my paperwork yet so I waited and asked again at 1pm, he says they haven't even touched my car, "because i the customer didn't change the pick up time" which states 5pm. I said politely but you checked me in. So he told the techs. Got the car back at 2pm, and he said he won't charge me because he dropped the ball big time. I appreciate it but I think that was just fair. But an apology in between would have been nice.or at least follow up with the work orders. First time I had a problem w honda corona in 10 yrs.also, don't bother participating on costco discount if your not gonna honor and make me pay the same as non-costco, "because its double dipping."

This was completely outside of Gabriel’s control but the service was not completed successfully and I will need to make another trip back which will likely turn into another trip as they will probably need to order parts but were unable to even get a proper diagnosis of the problem after 3 hours.
