The only thing is the shuttle never took any of us customers home. There were about 5 customers and we waited 90 minutes. In the end, my car was done before the shuttle showed up, because it turned out to be just a loose cable in my car....and that was caused from when you guys fixed my factory recall sliding door...you left the cable loose so my door wouldn't open from the outside. But the guy who checked me in was nice and did a good job.

Andy is absolutely incredible at what he does. I was treated as if we had been friends for years, the service was completed right on time, and my car handled much smoother than it ever has after all was said and done.
