We had our car in for a recall fuel pump . The next week our car stalled on the road due to the faulty fuel pump gasket . I was in Temecula. Honda road side assistant told me I had to take the car to Temecula Honda . I tried to explain to them that I live in Corona. They said no . I called Juan and he sent out a tow truck and had my car sent to Corona Honda and gave me a loaner car. It was a fault gasket on the new fuel pump that was causing the problem which was Corona Honda fault . Thank you for taking care of me

Took 3visits to correct need for replacement of air conditioner leaking pipe and compressor on my 2018 CRV. I read that these are common replacements in the CRV’s when the air is not blowing cold air and there is noise coming from the front of car. Why did it take so long to diagnosis since the air is still under warranty and is a common problem? Though I am happy it was under warranty and is fixed. Staff not actually serving the car were customer friendly.

I thought maybe I had to wait almost twice as long because I didn't buy my car at this dealership or because I had the warranty plan that didn't need to pay anything for the oil change. I appreciated Dennis' honesty about the situation but it's hard to make up for such service when you're already getting the service free. Perhaps another complimentary car wash would bring me back sometime.

This was my first time ever coming to Spreen Honda. I had previously brought my vehicle to Honda Cars of Corona for service.. I had a 7:00am appt time scheduled for B1 maintenance. It was 9:00am and I had not heard from anyone about the status of my vehicle. The gentleman who initially assisted me said that someone would contact me when the vehicle was ready, I then decided to speak with Ronald about the car status and he informed me that my car was not scheduled to be serviced until 11:00am. I didn’t understand since I had a 7:00am scheduled appt time. I began to second guess myself on bringing my vehicle back for any future service needs. But Ronald took the lead on the matter and instructed a service man to take care of me right away. I had my car serviced and wished in about 30min at no charge. I was very pleased with personal service and attention just Ronald gave me and I appreciate his handling and correcting the situation. I do have another service issue that has come to my attention so I will bring my vehicle back for future service. Thank You, Angela B
