Art did a wonderful job inform me of all services that I was going to be having done today when my vehicle was ready art went over all services that were completed art was very friendly professional and displayed Superior customer service I have to say that when I purchased my vehicle everybody that I encountered warfriends hastic and my service today was excellent. As someone who is in management I'm very critical of all aspects of business the cleanliness of Honda Cars of Corona as exceptional

We brought our CRV in because of the tire pressure warning and at the same time wanted to get the oil changed even though it was only at 30%. Eric mentioned a missed service at 30,000 miles so we included that as well.
Eric was very professional and promised our car would be ready in 90-115 minutes. We were happy to wait and surprised when it was ready in less than 90 minutes.

I scheduled an appointment at 8:15 for an oil change and tire rotation and appx 3 hours later I got a text from my writer saying my car was in good hands. When I went to the service desk to inquire how much longer it would be, Paul came up with my paperwork and to tell me the car was being dried. No explanation of why it took so long. No apology. He just left. I waited for my car and he came back to me, explained the inspection report and I left. Given so many other customers came after me and we're leaving before me, I can only believe that I was forgotten. My appointment should not have taken 3 hours.
