I had an appointment and came in for a simple oil change. It went well initially as I was greeted, given a printout and told that it would take an hour and 45 minutes (@ 9:56). Historically, it took about 15 minutes less than the estimated time, so at 11:30 I looked for Jason to get an update but couldn't find him. I waited another 15 minutes and checked again. So, it has now been over an hour and 45 minutes and I still could find Jason. I asked someone else to give me an update and they asked me to have a seat and that they will look for Jason and have him come to me. 15 minutes later and I am still waiting and it was obvious that no one looked for Jason or notified him that I was waiting. It is now 2 hours and 15 minutes and I went to ask someone else for an update. They told me they would find out where Jason was and get a status. 10 minutes later I see Jason approaching and he handed me the keys. No apologies whatsoever, as if this was normal customer service. When I went to my car it was supposed to be washed and the hood had sticky residue spots that weren't there before the wash. The old sticker showing my last pilot change was removed but not replaced with a new one. Just crappy customer service all around...it is obvious that the people i spoke to have no sense of pride in what they do and they're just trying to get through their day

Art did an amazing job with handling the whole event. I mention event because I'm a stay at home dad with my two boys and he was able to schedule us a day prior to our arrival and have everything ready for us when we got there. Being at the dealership for nearly an hour and a half is a little difficult for me managing to kids under four but Art came out to check on us at least once and I appreciate the level of care and detail to service that this Honda dealership shows us each time we come in. We've bought two cars from this dealership and even though it's a bit of a drive for us we'll continue to go here because of the customer service. Keep up the great work.
