Had to wait 2x the estimated time to complete a tune up. Then almost home the tire pressure alert came up so I had to deal with traffic to return to find out the guys hadn’t turned off the alert. A waste of my time for sure.

After waiting 10-15 mins in my car , a man/ employee was approaching my car and I thought, finally I’m going to get some help. Well the gentlemen who came to my window did not greet me, did not introduce himself, he came up to the window and asked “what am I here for” just very rude and unprofessional. His customer service was very poor. He then asked for my keys, I got out of the car, he did what he needed to do and then just walked away towards the door of the inside where I assume his desk is, he walked in and did not leave the door open behind him, so as I was walking in behind him the door was slammed in my face . He tried up selling me when I simply told him I just wanted to get an oil change and service. He was not attentive to me, whenever speaking with him he never made eye contact and the exchange was never pleasant . I saw him being rude to other customers as well. I did not appreciate his attitude or demeanor. When my car was ready , he handed me my keys and sat back down at his desk, he did not walk me back to my car or wished me a good day he seemed to not want to be as helpful like the other gentlemen have been in the passed when I received service there . I was truly truly unhappy with the service and experience. However while I was waiting a sales man outside was very polite and answered all my questions and was nice enough to allow me to test drive a car that I was interested in. I believe his name was Brendan? I’m not quite sure , he did tell me he is from another state and had only been with Honda for a few months. He was sweet and kind , very professional and made sure I got all my questions answered. That is what you call exceptionally good customer service! Thank you Honda and I hope you read and take my feedback into consideration . I wouldn’t want another young lady to have to experience such poor service the way that I did.

I like working with Art. He explains what's going on with my car. Processing my car is efficient also. Art is always friendly and professional in demeanor.

I’ve dealt with two other service advisors at your dealership and they’ve been perfectly fine, but Yonic is, without a doubt, the friendliest and most personable. He has a very engaging personality and it wasn’t long before I felt completely at ease with him. Super nice guy!
