Vivian did an outstanding job with getting our vehicle into the Service department ASAP! Needless to say my wife was pretty upset due to having the vehicle at your service department just a few days prior. Vivian’s quick action with getting the vehicle in and completed made a huge difference. It took the added stress of trying to locate rides for school since by my wife and I worked the next morning. Once the car was completed, she explained the issue and apologized for the inconvenience numerous times. Several follow up calls also made the difference and showed my wife and I that Corona Honda truly cared about us and our vehicle. Corona Honda should be proud to have Vivian as a member of their team!
