I've been having services done to my veahicle from Honda cars of Corona for 3 years now, I can honestly say I have only had a handful of good service from this dealership customer service is horrible. I bring my veahicle in for service A1 and B1 service, I sit waiting in my veahicle for 10 min no cars are around me no service advisor was busy everyone was free from any customers. I decide to get out my veahicle and stand next to it for another 10 min, not one service advisor approached me or asked if I had been helped. I turn off my veahicle go inside approach Ron Spero, ask him if there is any service advisor that can help me, he replies, certainly I'm busy at the moment give me a few, I reply to Ron, saying there are 3 people with no customers can any of those advisors help me? He yells out and says can anybody help this gentleman? Paul Gonzales approaches me and says how can I help you, I let Paul know I had an appointment today for oil change and that I was told on my last oil change I should change my rear brake pads that they are yellow and that I should change them before they go on color red. I asked Paul could you pleased let me know if I need new brake pads, he replied yes I will get back to you. I recieve a text message stating my veahicle is ready for pick up, I go see Paul and ask him, what happened with my brakes? I was never given any information if I needed brakes or any information or additional service needed on my veahicle while waiting in the lobby. Paul replies let me talk to Chris Koeing. He was who you had scheduled your appointment with. Paul confronts Chris asking what happened, Paul comes back and says talk to the front desk they have your paperwork, I reply to him, how does that answer my question? Neither did Chris or yourself approach me about the service on my veahicle or of what other services needed. Paul replies we will find out when you pay and get your paperwork. I pay and get my paperwork,Paul looks at my paperwork and says your brakes are fine they are on yellow you dont need them till it goes on red. I should have been notified prior to me paying for my veahicle letting me decide if I wanted to change my brake pads,I do not think it is safe for my brake pads to reach on red for brakes to be serviced, I should have been able to make that choice, especially if I'm paying for my services. The worst part is Don Churchill was walking around seen I was waiting outside, he was talking to Ron when I approached him asking for help. I have left Don Churchill voicemails about bad services I received, he never returns or contacts me back about the bad services I have received.

Eric explained to us the maintenance they were going to do to the car. Eric took the key and took the key apart he then took time to explained to me how it’s used for valet. I learned something new. Eric was very helpful. When our vehicle maintenance was completed he came out to us and again explained the paperwork. His customer service is excellent. We live in San Bernardino and We prefer to drive to corona then to take our car to the 2 local Honda dealers close to our home. I appreciate your honesty and your good customer service.
