Was not happy, I was dropped my car off at 730, told a shuttle and was back at 1115. Asked about my car was told by one advisor it would be 20 min, and he would tell my advisor I was there. 55 mins later I went to ask about my car I was told it's been done for a while. I texted you. I never recieved a text or call that my car was done. When brought up to a manger my concern. He said oh we have a new system. Ni sorry no nothing . Ince a car is done yiu should be calling a customer. Or at the beginning of the appointment ask the customer if they prefer a text or a call. I do not like the service or how the manger handled it. Very disappointed

I came in Friday morning to get my key fob fixed, thinking it was just a battery to be replaced. Paul, quickly diagnosed the problem, the key needed to be reprogrammed because I just took over this car, it was a repo. Once Paul told me it could take a bit over an hour, we figured it would be better that I come back Saturday morning; I had to get to work.
I came back Saturday and Paul checked me in. He gave me the same price he quoted me on Friday and I waited just a bit over an hr and I was out. My key fob works great and he snuck in a car was that I didn’t expect! .
This was my first time at a Honda dealership for service. I definitely plan to come back for all my needs.
