Hi. I honestly have never given a review before but this is the first time I have ever experienced such a long wait for an oil change with appointment. My app. was @8am and I arrived sharp I informed him that I was in a bit of a rush due to my schedule at work. I told him I would skip the complimentary car wash to be out quicker. An hour and a half goes by and I ask the lady at the reception how much longer. She informed the guy that helped me and he said they were really busy. At the end of it I waited a total of 2 hours and 44 minutes and without a car wash. I’m extremely sorry to complain I almost feel guilty but I couldn’t believe the amount of time I was there.

I was upset at first. I was standing around for about 15-20 minutes even went inside the store and no acknowledgement from 4 other customer service reps. They saw me but pretended not to see me. I was about to complain, and that’s when Vivian walked in and with a glowing hi and smile I calmed down. I explained how no one has acknowledged me up until that point. She was sorry and helped me right away. She went above and beyond. I want to thank her and your company for hiring people like Vivian. She made my visit to not be the last one there.
