Eric was patient and helpful. He treated me respectfully and was understanding of my need not to invest too much more into my 14-year old vehicle. He was helpful in explaining things and finding me an after market part that would not cost as much $$. Additionally, I am hearing impaired, and need people to communicate in such a way that I can see their face when they talk. Most people who I ask to do this forget within a short amount of time. In contrast, Eric was conscientious about communicating clearly. I am very happy with his service!
