I left my car at the center on 6/2 at 3:46pm and was told I’d get a call the next day at noon. I didn’t get a call and at 4:15pm on 6/3 I call and a texhnician told me that they had not even looked at the car yet. Then by 6/4 they finally work on my car which takes approximately 2 hours from when they called and said that they started working on my car. Then when I arrived that day the technician tried to tell me that I didn’t bring my car at 3:46 pm on 6/2 which when I showed him the paper he gave me a separate excuse as to why my car wasn’t finished. Very unhappy and would not recommend this service to anyone.

I am not happy with your customer service
I went for an oil change got my car back with a broken hubcap yes it was replaced by an old one that ended up falling off
I will not take my car back to Honda of Corona
So sad, now I’m driving around with a hubcap missing, When I drove my car there it was fine
