The service at Speen Honda of Corona exceeded my expectations. Ron my service guy was awesome. Completely hassle-free I felt totally safe I even used the shuttle service and it was quick. We have a brand new crv and rattling issues 2 weeks after driving off the lot. From my understanding it was a losse bolt on the sway bar. Honda did fix it excellent customer service and accommodation as far as the ride home through the courtesy shuttle. If I were to rate Spreen Honda is almost a 5star. I looked on the reciept and it said complimentary car wash . Car was still dirty and I didn't expect anything not even having to take time off work to fix an issue with a 2 week old vehicle. But when your contract says they fixed the problem and also recieved a wash ???? and it doesn't get done then I rate you guys as a 4 star .
