I scheduled my appointment @9am, arrived on time fof oil changed. Franco was my assistant, told me they were busy and expected 2hrs wait. I said ok. Have shuttle, come home, and got a text from Franco that service was done Arrive at dealer to p/u my car, Franco was there and had s chat with his co worker, totally ignoring me until I asked what is th edd next step. He pointed out to go to cashier to pay and get the key. After paying and got out, Fr as mco is still there and chatted with his co worker, again ignoring me, his customer. After a long wait, I had to ask where is my car key. He then asked another co-worker to assist me. MR.Franco's manner was extremely unprofessional and rude. Maybe he was tired for his busy day, but it was not the way how to treat a customer. I came there for a service, had an appointment and was treated unfairly by Mr. FRANCO. I PAID FOR MY SERVICE, WAS NOT FOR FREE AND DON'T DESERVE TO BE TREATED THIS WAY. I think manager team should look into this and give him a warning so he won't do it again, otherwise, you Will lose your business by having a bad and unprofessional employee. Thank you.

Yesterday I find out mi self that I have no filters on my engine or inside that cabin is being already couple oil changes since I bought the car from you guys I figure out I changed my self will when I open those two compartments my surprise no filters in it?
