Hi,
The agent jason was good. But i am not satisfy with the service. First you guys took so long just to take oil change. I have have take appoitment a day before and o reached on time. After i give my car i asked how long so sgent said 1 hour or 1.5 hour ghen i asked to drop me home am just 2 miles away he said no servoce at the moment so i waited there at ur center during this pandamic. and it took 2.5 hours to get my car car done i got my car by 6.13. and when i see my car it was not even wash properly. i am so upset. it was dirty from lot of place and even wet.

Initially the salesman persuade us to buy 2 year bumper to bumper warranty.
When we came by to do the repair, the technician told us it’s not belongs to warranty. It’s hard for the consumer to figure it out except believe sale’s person word. They told us everything is covered in excepted normal wear and tear. We paid almost 3000 and felt got nothing.

Service advisors were not wearing masks inside the dealership when I came to pick up my vehicle. Mechanics were not wearing masks in the service area. This made me feel uncomfortable about picking up my vehicle.
