I had an appointment at 2:00. When we got
there a nice gentleman greeted us and took all of our information. We sat there until 3:20, at which time we decided to leave. Once we were in the parking lot the nice young man came running after us and said my boss would like to speak to you. His boss then came out and said I need 5 minutes. They hadn’t even run a credit check. We went back inside but the payment was just too high for a vehicle that was a 2020 and not your top of the line. I will say, Kendra Chavez, my original point of contact was wonderful and gave me amazing customer service!
