Was told service closes at 7 so I got There at 5 to pick up my car. When I got There I was Then informed that the service department was closed already. How to wait over an hour for them to get my keys so I could Get me car. If they knew I still Haven’t picked up my car and they were closing I shouldve Received a call at least.

Service advisor Rudy was awesome. The problem came when I went to pick up my vehicle. I paid for my service and walked out to wait for someone to assist me in getting my vehicle. I stood outside waiting as I did not realize their was three service advisors and one younger male, I believe who’s job was to retrieve the vehicles, talking with one another and just watching me stand there. It wasn’t until I walked back into the service room that a service advisor asked if I needed help. None of the service advisors were helping anyone and even the person who “helped” find my car had his feet up on the chair and appeared to be bothered once he was asked to bring my car up, which he didn’t. He just handed me my keys when I informed him I had seen my car parked on the side parking lot. I’ll have to think about bringing my vehicle to Spreen after this.
