My experience with Andrew made my day. He got me in and out of the service department. He provided great customer service by explaining the time it should take, my tire pressure, and other service checks that were done. I normally never right a review for customer service for any company unless it was extremely bad service, but I felt his service was worth the time to write this one. I really appreciate his overall tone, body language, and smile he kept the whole time I was there. Sometimes I can tell by the look on someone’s face or their body language before exchanging words, that they don’t enjoy being at work. Andrew looks like he enjoys his job and that’s some to everyone needs to provide great customer service. Thanks Andrew.

Andrew was very helpful, informative and not only polite but very cheerful. I'm currently on crutches and Andrew made sure to do everything he could to be helpful to me not only in getting my car serviced but also to make sure I could get around easily.

Need more tranparent on the breakdown of the estimated pricing. Need to explain in detail why a service is needed. On the positive sude, the service rep is courteous and the waiting time is bearable.

Yonic and his service team deserves an excellent rating for the superior cutomer service, care, and work they provided. Once again Yonic treated me as though I was royalty. I felt like I was his most important and frankly his only customer. He also made me feel appreciated, valued and important as a customer and as a person. I know my vehicle is in excellent hands and will receive superior care and attention when I leave leave it in Yonic's care. The sercice team took my vehicle into the service area as soon as I drve up. The service team completed the work on my truck an hour and a half early and Yonic personally sought me out at the dealership, sat down with me, and item by item explained the work done and the future work that will be needed to be done in the future. I am extremely pleased with Yonic and his team. I hope and pray the dealership's management realize how special Yonic is and recognize him regularly. He represents the dealership well and keeps his customers loyal to him and the dealership.
