The second trip I got my truck fixed we hope. First trip was not good keep my truck 8 days. Took my truck in on Thursday. Friday got a call that they had to order two tires , will be in Monday. Ok then I texted Tuesday a few times and then I called got told had to order transmission fluid and filter but the woman I talked to could not tell me why. Ok did not hear called Friday and was told had to order tires.and would not be there until Monday. I asked what was the deal because that what I was told last Friday. Then I was told oh your truck will be ready today. Okay so when I drove home it was still doing the same thing. Talked to Scott. He was awesome. Pick my truck up and had it repaired and return to me the next day . So far so good.

I was surprised that I was offered an appointment today. I arrived 15 min early and was immediately attended to by Tommy. The next pleasant surprise was that the part needed was in stock which allowed all to be taken care of in one trip since I travel from Conway. Satisfied with services performed. Dissatisfied because no diagnosis of other issues. The shifting issue I can understand because it's only happen a few times with no defined pattern. The squeaking issue occurs literally every morning and occasionally after only a couple of hours of down time. I cant imagine that it wouldn't occur at any time for them. But I do realize that is a possibility.
