I was standing at the check in counter for about 5 minutes before someone asked if they could help me. This is not Cory's fault because he just got back to the checkin counter. But one of the other three individuals could have acknowledged my presence and told me someone would be available shortly.

I waited around three hours for an oil change and a tire rotation and for a "shift to park" message to be checked. I honestly think somehow I was overlooked but the representative covered the oil change and the shift to park was repaired. Thank you guys for covering the oil change but the three hours I can never get back!
