Matt was super nice! He got my car in quickly, and it was finished within 45 minutes! He was kind, explained some things to me. I would love it if Matt could take care of me every time I need service. He made me feel important. He gave me the same treatment I would expect him to give his grandmother!

I made an appointment to allow more time to work on the extra issues with the services needed - trailer break message and steering wheel shimmy. We dropped off our truck Thursday afternoon and got no feedback until I called after 4:00pm Friday. Mr. Blaire checked and then told me everything was done except the “Trailer Brake Message”. After a second call by me after 5:00pm, Mr Blaire told me it would not be ready until tomorrow. This is an issue that was addressed on the last service for this truck and not fixed, then.

They replaced the dash and left scratches on each side of window and dirt on the dash. Finger prints on my hood of the car. The service writer did provide good service, he brought my keys out to me without the paperwork and parked it at the door for me because it still was not completed after the job was done 45 minutes later.
