I was told when I bought my vehicle from Everett in 2017 I would have a oil change for 9.99 for life of my vehicle. I drove down from Russellville today to get a oil change and with tire rotation it was 68 dollars and some change I can get that anywhere. I’m very disappointed with what I was told and have paper work to prove it won’t be a repeat visitor or customer

I had an appointment on Tuesday, April 16th at 9:30 am to have my brake light repaired and my passenger side mirror looked at. Danny, who my appointment was with, checked me in. I asked him if it would take very long because I would be waiting on my vehicle. He told me no... not too long. After waiting for 2 1/2 hours, Danny called me and informed me that they had run a diagnostic test on my vehicle and had a list of recommended repairs for me. I went and met with him and he informed me that no work had been started on my vehicle. I never asked for a diagnostic test to be performed on my vehicle and stated to him again that I just wanted my brake light repaired. He told me it should only take another 30 minutes. He informed me that he was leaving for lunch and turning me over to one of the other guys. After waiting another hour, my vehicle was ready. I was at Everett a little over 3 hours for a repair that should have only take 30 minutes to an hour. I had to cancel a lunch meeting that I had scheduled for noon is to the fact that I didn’t leave Everett until close to 1:00. I was not pleased with the service at Everett that day.

You guys didn’t honor my warranty. The certified preowned warranty clearly states that for the first year of 12000 miles I am covered with a limited bumper to bumper. You guys are telling me that a weather strip on my sunroof isn’t covered in that warranty but no one can show me anything that says anything close to that on any of the gm paperwork covering that certified preowned warranty. We spent a $150,000 with gm over the past 5 years in cars and trucks but if I have to pay for this then I won’t spend another dime on anything General Motors related. I’m not asking you guys to do a special favor. I’m just asking you to honor the warranty OR show me where it specifically states that my sunroof isn’t covered in that first year/12000 mile warranty. I’m not over the 12000 and I bought the truck in November so clearly that’s not over a year ago. As of now Everett isn’t honoring the warranty just because Everett says so..... Absolutely horrendous service after the sale.
And oh yeah, I found out that you guys also charged me for a balance and rotate even though I supposedly had two free ones with my purchase.
Do you treat all of your customers this way or am I an exception?
