Not upset with Adam but the GMC experience. After purchasing my 2017 program truck I stopped at a gas station and filled up the tank. It has gone down from there. The gas was not the proper gas as the pump said. I contacted the Head man and a wreck to my truck to the closest GMC dealer (Gwatney).
The lady (Kim) told me I would have to pay $89 for a diagnostic test. The cadalatic converter was burned up. I do believe I have an exhaust leak a a hesitation when trying to accelerate. It is not all the time which still concerns me. The paperwork today said the exhaust was checked. I’m guessing it was all there? I would think that GMC would want this issue fixed. When the service tech marks recommended replacement of certain parts, the customer service representative should come and ask the customer if they want the service performed. The CS rep did ask me if I wanted to have my air filter and cabin filter replaced, but said nothing about a recommended alignment or wiper blades.

Although I normally use Seth for service repair advising, he was off and Cory was available. I know Seth has some big shoes to fill, but Cory did so with flying colors. we made arrangements for the warranty repairs and everything was taken care of, "like a pro".
