Adam was great! Friendly, professional, fast, and made some needed recommendations per the technicians (filter replacement in addition to oil change and tire rotation). Quickest in-and-out I’ve ever had there. And I asked the valet if he would knock the pollen off my car with a quick rinse under a hose before he brought my vehicle back to me, and he went a step further... and ran it through the car wash for me!

I’m just wondering what customer service actually means at Everett Buick GMC and who it actually applies to. I recently purchased a truck there and I never got a walk through from my salesman or a how to guide about the inner and out workings of the vehicle...fast forward a month and a couple of weeks I bring it in for repairs and oil change asked for a wash of the vehicle was told I’d received one and upon picking up the vehicle found that it had not been washed. After hearing every excuse as to why it couldn’t be done I ultimately realized that they obviously didn’t care whether it got cleaned or not otherwise why would they be telling a customer who was promised something why they all of a sudden couldn’t get it....like I said who qualifies for customer service? What do you have to look like? How much money do you have to spend?
