Cory did an awesome job explaining what was wrong with my car and keeping me updated! He was very polite and helpful. Cole, the vallet gentleman that brought my car around also did an awesome job and was very polite. He even offered to run it through the car wash to get the pollen off. I was very pleased with my experience.

Being taken advantage of for a few nickels and dimes would have been a deal breaker for me. Good decision making for customer satisfaction

I was told the tire was fine and had no leaks, but they did not even take the wheel off the vehicle to check. My wife drove from your shop to a tire shop who quickly found the leak and plugged it.

I have brought my vehicle to Everett for service since I purchased it. This time for a oil change and tire rotation it cost me almost $70.00. And they couldn't even wash the pollen off. I will probably be taking my vehicle elsewhere more resonable price and more attention to detail. Very disappointed. My family and I have been customers from the beginning. I hope this survey helps better customer service in the future.

Other customers were spoken to face to face about other items that needed to be approved during their service, I was called on my phone while sitting in the waiting room.... Not to mention, I only bought my car there for service prices. I will not be returning. Ever.
