Adam was awesome to work with! He was very attentive and nice. He made sure I was taken care of with my oil change and tire rotation. I was there maybe 20 minutes at most. Great guy! The service I received today tops the Benton store any day. Considering I filed a complaint with them the last time I went to the Benton location. Very pleased with the Alcoa store and will return again. Not to Benton location though.
