My service level with Hugh was 1st rate. However I am hard pressed to use your facility again. The level of difficulty I reaching your service department was horrible. Over 5 different attempts to get an appointment was met with unanswered phone calls. Waiting on hold for over 3 minutes and then being disconnected is not a way to win friends and influence customers

The attendance greeted me professionally and quickly and introduced me to a service advisor Kyle who offered amazing customer service with my situation. He expedited my service and my experience was extremely positive. I value the service team with their solution-based and customer appreciation mentality. This is my second visit that I have been extremely impressed by the entire sales service team and their professionalism ensuring when you drive up you are taken care of and greeted quickly and the process is respected and appreciated.

Jacob was great as always, but I brought my car in for a minor service, and ended up with car issues I didn’t have when I first dropped it off. Jacob was accommodating, although it was an inconvenience for me to have to take my car back to the dealer to drop it off again and get a rental, and then to still have to make the time to go back on another day to pick it up again. They said it was a sensor issue that needed an update, but I don’t understand how they didn’t just check for this update when it was being serviced? It’s weird to me that the sensor issue happened right after I left the dealership when I never had that issue before.
