Took car in for ZAPTEK paint protection coating. Dealer left milky water stains all over the wheels on vehicle, had to hand clean them when I got home.

No communication for 2 days. Didn’t know the problem of vehicle or the history (which is from there). Didn’t seem to care that there was no communication. Took 3 days when originally told 1 day. And the new Key did not program which was main reason for the appointment! So we have to come back!
