Unfortunately the coordination to get an appointment was delayed. Also when we brought in the suburban for the scheduled appointment, the advisor was unaware of the appointment and the whereabouts of the tires for installation. We were told it would take 3 hours when in fact it took all day. And when we picked up the suv there was glue all over the tires, rims and platform as well as a scratch on the rear driver side window. Disappointed all around.

What I hate the most is lying to the customer . An appointment was made at 1030 and I drove 4 hrs to get to Nissan . All was pre scheduled and it was suppose to take one hour. I was told 3 hrs or more when I got there by Brian. And he doesn’t seem to remember that it was an appointment with him . At first he tried to charge me when he already knows it was under the MPP warranty. The vehicle was ready but I didn’t get a call and to top it off it took 30 minutes to pull it up . During all this my dog came off his leash and got ran over … such a bad experience !!
