I made an appt a month in advance for a diagnosis of my jeep and dropped it off on Saturday on time. I was told my car wouldn't be completed same day, which is fine. But I did ask for my car back come Monday night and I was told that would be no problem. Over the course of Saturday, Monday and Tuesday I called and left over 5 voicemails as NO ONE would speak to me to give me an update on my vehicle. I had to have my mom call in and threaten to drive to the dealership and make a scene just to get someone to call me back. They did what they could to make it right and didn't charge me for the diagnosis, but should never have taken that much energy to get a simple call back
