I had dropped my car off last Tuesday can I get my car until Wednesday August 11. Play last Thursday I heard nothing from no one decided to call got voicemail left a message no return call. Friday I just didn't call back I had to get upset and tell them that I have not heard anything from anyone about what's going on my vehicle finally after getting upset somebody actually called me back let me know the update on my car.until Monday when I had to finally call back again. The service rep communication is horrible.

Two issues: there were dirty finger prints on the drive-side door handle ( on the inside). I had to clean the leather myself. Fortunately I was able to remove the finger prints. Second, I called the service writer’s (Evan Feynman) attention to a small spot where the exterior paint had been chipped off. This was noticed when we picked up the car. I told him that I had not noticed it when we brought the car in. And, it is in the crease of the lower driver-side door…a rather unusual spot to get paint chipped.
