Devan was great! Communicative, helped me set up service ans got my warranty input in your system so I don’t have to go to Norm Reeves and can use Lexus as my service provider. The looks ngl area was comfortable and I felt like I was working from a five star hotel/ only recommendation is to fix your car wash so that part of service does not take so long.

Where do I start? From the Gecko he understood the issue and the major concern I had about my vehicle. He being a family man like myself we understood that safety was my number one priority. His knowledge of what the issue might be was exceptional and he was absolutely right about the problem.
