No problems with my service advisor. However, you need to work on the amount of time it takes to perform the basic maintenance. It should not take 2 hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation. Thanks

The service advisor was ok, had better. The real issues was the overall service. Dropped off Jeep for an oil change. When picking it back up, they wanted to charge me the +$200 even after informing them before & after that this should be covered under our MPP warranty. Next, they gave us the a wrong key fob. Yes perhaps a simple mistake but what if some malicious person received a different key fob and rummaged through your vehicle, obtaining your address from your insurance/registration and garage door opener. Next the oil change reminder sticker was place right in the driver's side middle field of view on the windshield, the oil life indicator was not reset in the Jeep. Makes us even wonder if the oil change was ever performed being that we were called right after dropping it off, which was unusual. To top things off, our radio is having issues of freezing/bluescreening at random times. We took it into AirPark before and stated they were going to order a radio, still under MPP warranty. Never heard back from them. We took the Jeep to another dealership, they concluded the same solution on ordering a new unit but we would of had to pay the $100 deductible. We asked AirPark to have the radio look at/ordered when dropping off for this oil change and the advisor stated it needed to come back on a different appointment for a technician to look at it. Two techs, one from AirPark, already had diagnosed it... Even though we have several more "free" oil changes and a refundable deductible for the radio through MPP only using AirPark, we will NO LONGER be using your services. We would rather pay the $100 deductible and use another dealership. If that doesn't say anything about AirPark's overall service, it should. God Bless, Omar P
