John was the first and last service manager to work with us, since we will be selling the vehicle. He was honest, upfront, and punctual in communicating, which was a very different experience we’ve had with other hostile service associates. Would absolutely recommend him to other since it’s sometimes hard to find folks with in industry that treat customers with excellent service.
