Mr Thimons was very nice and the change of oil was done within the time that I was told. Thanks for such a good service. An appointment was also made to repair a couple of recalls that the car has.

Outstanding service

Jody was a great communicator and always returned phone calls. I really liked that she called me before my appointment to review my service request. They were not able to provide a rental car but ordered a Lift car ride back home - it arrived less than 10 minutes. She also reviewed the diagnostic findings on the vehicle, and provided recommendations and pricing. The cashier when I picked up my vehicle was not very helpful. Maybe because I arrived 12 minutes before the closing time of 7pm. I knew Jody was leaving earlier that day but did mot expect the lack of service from the cashier. She had me look for another service person and was annoyed had to get up and go pick up the paperwork and keys from Jody’s desk. She gave my receipt and car keys, and told me I would find my car parked olbt there service entry. I walked around in the heat and did not find it . A young man went to the back to look for the car. Two gentlemen who worked on the other side of the service area came out to help me out too. My car was parked further down from the service area. They brought the car to me and provided me bottle water. They were very apologetic because the cashier should have contacted someone to bring me my car. This was upsetting but does not reflect on the service received from Jody and people who assisted me. the cashier was more concern about getting out on time than providing the customer service I encountered prior not the pick up.

Efficient, with quality

Customer service/ communication; ability to answer and return calls was pretty embarrassing. Told me it was supposed to be an overnight fix. Took two days for them to reach out to me after trying to contact (i.e., leaving multiple voicemails and texts). When I did get a response it was through text in a very unprofessional manor. My vehicle ended up staying at the shop for 9 days.

The paint job is great. The car is still making a noise in the back and it was not repaired.

I had tire rotation and wheel allignment. If i go to personal auto repair shop it only takes less than one hour and cheaper than dealer. I visit dealer cuz i trust dealer maintenance more than regular repairshop . Today for a maintenance it took 3 hour and 30 mins. I know all of you are very busy but for customer its not going to be excuse . I wasted my time for waiting and late for my work. Today will be my last time to visit dealer for car maintenance. I dont want to waste my time.
