The experience overall just was not a good one. I was compensated which I did appreciate, and they were very apologetic about the service. One thing I’d like to mention was the my inside and outside of my door and door handle had grease or dirt from the engine all over it.

Too much run around after repair. Before repair, all good. After… hours of nonsense & no one seemed to be able nor interest in helping me. It took hours & a dozen phone calls. No one seemed to be able to help & passed from one person to another, voice mail & no one answering the phone. Hours of this. Repair also was more than was led to believe it would before repairs were completed.
