John was great. Running his **** off but good guy. He was the only one checking in customer’s. On the other hand there was like six other advisors in on of the rooms all standing there drinking coffee and bullshiting while John worked his **** off. My appointment was at 9:00 to just drop but had to wait until almost 9:30 because those guys couldn’t be bothered to give John a had. If they don’t want to work that’s your problem but to advertise their laziness in front of customers that are waiting past their appointment and nothing is done then sounds like I should take my business to someone who has employees that want to place customers and their time first.

Hassan was wonderful to work with. Excellent service and extremely customer focused.

Carlos had called me at 11:43am to pick up car bc it was ready. I arrived to Nissan Dealership around 12:10pm. I had to wait almost 40mins to get my car and for them to find my paperwork bc all the advisors were in a meeting. I would have like Carlos to have informed me, hey I am going to a meeting at 12pm along with other advisors so it might be slow service from 12-1pm. I would have went later, once his meeting was finished.

Hassan is my and he’s always so friendly and explains things really good goes over the charges he’s a great guy and the mechanics that work in the back do a great job my only complaint is that’s expensive other than that I love you guys

I had a unique situation for my service because I was driving in from California and needed to get several things taken care of. Adrian set it up so I could get half of the work done on Wednesday and the rest done on Thursday morning just before I left to go back home. As luck would have it I was able to get out to Midway several hours earlier then anticipated. Adrian went out of his way to adjust my appointment time and get all the work finished so I could pick up my truck Wednesday evening and be able to leave for home early on Thursday morning. My truck was finished after 5:30 pm Wednesday, just before closing, and Adrian sent a Lyft driver to pick me up. This Lyft driver got lost and I had to request a second Lyft driver to pick me up and get me to the dealer before closing. By the time the Lyft driver got me to the dealer it was after hours and I was afraid it was too late to pick up my truck. If that happened I would have to wait until the following morning and get a late start heading back home. I was very happy to see that Adrian was still at work waiting for me to arrive so we could complete our business, he knew I needed to drive back to California the following morning and made sure we finished up our business so I would not be delayed. I was very pleased and impressed. Not only is Adrian super friendly and knowledgeable, he also works hard to help his customers and goes out of his way to meet his goals and help get his customers on their way home. It’s this kind of commitment that will keep me coming back to midway for service and other vehicle needs. You need more employees like Adrian, he is service and customer oriented, takes care of his customers making sure they are happy and makes me feel comfortable and secure with the work I’m getting done. Job well done Adrian and thank you

I saw many people in the waiting room be told when their car was ready. I played a game on my phone to pass the time and you guys were aware I was waiting in there . For some reason I looked at the time and realized it had been over 3 hours already and no one had come yet. I went to check and my car had been ready for an hour, minimum. What happened? I didn't receive a phone call either, but had not reason to check my phone because I was right there in the waiting room. Just to see if I'd missed it afterwards I checked, but there was nothing. I would appreciate being told when my car is ready. I don't have that much time to waste. And I don't appreciate being called "uptight about it". I had an issue with incomplete work in terms of monetary quotes and didn't even get to the fact that I was never told and left in the waiting room for an hour too long before being called uptight.

Pete the service advisor was top notch. He recognized that I live 55 miles from Grapevine Ford and got my truck our before the time he quoted and it was a great job! Please tell him well done!
