Representatives are the best of the best. They aren't the problem. It's too expensive for the service checks. Love all the staff and the convenient location but it's a rip off! Time to find an independent mechanic. You've got TOOOO expensive and this is the 3rd battery I've needed (60,000 miles). LEXUS batteries are the worst in the industry!!!!
