The finance department is a bunch of liars and Pete has to deal with the ****. I’m 17 vehicles deep in this and trying to buy more. But I have 3 bold face lies on the finance side and I’m about to go as public as I can with them to find out how many others have the same problems. Again Pete is a good honest dude and trying to protect y’all but the lies are too much. I’m over the lies. I will find everyone I can to get with my attorney on this. I’m over it. And y’all run credit and lie to folks and ask us to dispute with credit bureaus. That’s not ethical at all. Nothing I’ve seen has been. Since 1998, 17 vehicles.

I will say that the customer service was not great customer service when it came to receiving updates on the status of my vehicle. When I hadn’t heard back from my service advisor, I tried calling and texting throughout the day and never rcvd a response. I then rcvd a message at 11am the next day that my car was ready.
