I informed my rep that my steering wheel has play. When I google the issue, it seems like it is an easy problem to fix for any vehicle. I was told however that I just have to live with having to steer the car when driving in a straight line. For a $68,000 truck, I feel this is not reasonable.

Hi good evening I dropped off my truck on March 25 for a couple of issues and a recall I was told is it OK if it runs into Monday I said sure no problem then Monday came and gone no call or update then came Friday and still no call back until I called and wanted a update then the office receptionist was useless and could not give me any info so I hung up then I finally received a text still no call until I requested a call back via text then I was told the system was down and they could not update the vehicle with the software needed even though they had the truck for a entire week also they asked for a test drive for the noise I brought it in for on Friday the 1st as the truck was already there for a week so no happy that they sat on my truck for that long and did nothing until I wanted to know what was going on with my truck. I finally was able to pick up my truck on April 4 when I got there to pick it up and they brought my truck up they had washed it which is fine but they sprayed armorall all over my wheels and all over my fender liners to the point they were dripping and all over my brakes I have never had this bad of a experience from this dealership as this is my 3rd ram vehicle I have owned
