I came in last October to fix the check engine light which was an intake manifold. I was told that was back ordered but there was a part in stock that would fix it instead of that. So that part was put on after you had my truck for 5 days and I paid over $500 for a rental car. This still did not fix the check engine issue and was told that we still needed to get the intake manifold which was still backordered but hopefully it would come in November And when it came in I would get compensated the labor and just have to pay for the part. So February rolls around my registration is now due on my truck and I go to get an inspection and it will not pass inspection due to the check engine light being on. So I called last week trying to get somebody on the phone in your service department or to call me back finally after five days of trying Aaron called me back and got it straightened out in a matter of days. Apparently the part was sitting there in your parts department nobody called me but he found it and we got it put in and the only thing that I got for compensation to this point was free labor on that part which was fine. I definitely do understand the parts situation going on in the world right now so I wasn’t that mad but I did not get any kind of communication and even now I’m getting my registration about six weeks late. And I put two parts on my truck one of which I really didn’t even need to get to the issue fixed so I guess the first visit is what I’m irritated about the latest visit the last week with Aaron was just fine. I’m about $2000 deep into a check engine light that should’ve been fixed with about $750 and no rental car. Because he put the part that I got in today on in about two hours and I did not have to get a rental car.

Jacob quoted my service to be $169.00 plus $6.00 for each part (2) my total came out to be over $200 which included a hazardous waste disposal fee. I approved service for $181. I am not happy with the final price.

I first called and text your staff on 2/7 about the vehicle being inoperable. It wasn’t until 2/11 that I received a call back from the service manager telling me the soonest he could have it in would be 2/14. Since 2/14 there has been multiple attempts to fix it and it seems to finally be fixed as of 4/2. When I came to pick the vehicle up the paperwork was dated incorrect and the mileage was also incorrect. On top of that I would only expect that while driving the vehicle for 120 miles that fuel would be replaced if not filled and that a car wash would be completed. None of this took place. Needless I am satisfied that the vehicle is fixed after 60+ days but not with the customer service.

You guys didn’t fix anything and now my back up camera doesn’t work and it was working fine before I left it with you guys. The gate of the truck doesn’t work and you guys were supposed fixed the first time it was a part you guys ordered now when I take it the second time is something Different now is some wires wish you guys are saying I did it off-roading I never do off-roading so don’t know how you guys are saying I did break some wire under my truck doing off-roading.
