Pete was so kind. Knowing that my husband had surgery and couldn’t drive, Pete helped me out by driving my vehicle to my office so I could get both cars home at the end of the workday. Although the work was delayed waiting for a part he communicated regularly and was apologetic when a late delivery added another day. Kind, helpful and communicative. Great qualities equals great service equals grateful customer. Thank you Pete!

I dropped my car off on Tuesday afternoon, asked for daily updates and heard absolutely nothing about a scope of work, cost estimate, or timing, so finally gave up and picked my car up on Friday with none of the necessary work completed. This was the single worst service experience I have ever had in the 25 years I have owned cars and perhaps one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

Mr Roshell makes me feel like a VIP! Even after I had to defer my service for a week, due to my job, he remembered my vehicle and wasted no time getting it into the queue, serviced, and out the door. He calls me with updates, so I don’t have to call and wait on hold. I hope you have someone learning from Mr Roshell, because when (not if) he moves up, that person will have some big shoes to fill.
