My Jeep was damaged. I had it in for service but you put it through your car wash without asking for my consent. I asked for you to check my oil not to have my car washed nor did it need to be. If you saw that there was the potential for a crack wouldn’t you have asked me? I was raised to return things in their condition: if I return some thing damaged to a friend or a business, I would make it right. Again no one asked me if they could wash my carAgain no one asked me if they could wash my car I do not put my car through car washes I hand wash it and again would have said no to this. I never saw any sign anywhere I never approved my car being washed and that is not why I brought it to you. Can you please refer me to someone else above you that I can speak with thank you

Was told if I don’t bring rental back by lunch time I would get charged for the day - considering I dropped vehicle off at 5:30pm the previous evening. Had to utilize my lunch and a break together in order to have to go drop it off instead of at 4:30pm.
