Anthony was a very good service provider. It’s all the very expensive issues that have happened since I purchased the jeep from you last October that I’ve had to have air park fix that have me concerned. I paid about $34,000 for a 2014 jeep that I though was in very good condition. I really think I may have bought a lemon! When I first bought the engine from you guys I told him to flush all fluids and refill them so we had a fresh start I told him several times to do it. He chose not to do it because he thought my wife would be upset about the cost. That's not the point if I tell you to do it and wanted to pay for it since we've had to pay 12 Grand already why didn't you just do it. I will irritated about that whole scenario now I got to spend money I don't have to get all these fluids changed out. He should have done it when the engine was done I don't think it's fair. I brought my car in to get an inspection done hoses need done before hundred dollars that's a lot of money for two hoses and four clamps. Also key fob was supposed to be replaced and done never done you forgot. Have excuses for everything it seems like. I like the guy a lot he's a really decent guy sometimes I think he gets overwhelmed if the customer is telling you to do it aren't you supposed to just do it not in the gate with the price is going to be and so you can't afford it. Couple things that I think he should have honored and the company should pay for now because of the inconvenience is causing me I don't think it's fair at all. Overall the oil change was a plus that's all it was done in 4 weeks. Thank you Aaron Joann
