Pete was great! My overall experience not so much. I had a 4 hour wait for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. I might be seeking another quick lane location in the future. Thankfully my dog groomer was ok with me picking up my dog late, after they closed for the day.

I did not like the service techs answers or service so I talked to the manager the manager escalated and then sent me right back to the same technician.
This is the third time I’ve had a bad experience with this company I will not bring my business back there ever.

Completely dissatisfied, brought my truck in at 7am, said it would take most of the day, received a call at 3pm and I was told they couldn’t do it for 3 of the tech’s called out that day, so my whole day was wasted, so I had to reschedule it for next Thursday, I would hope they fix the airbag recall before someone gets seriously injured or can possibly die, as the recall stated, I’ll leave it at that, you figure out the rest of the story…
